Anzina is a monotypic genus of the Agyriales (Lumbsch & al. 2001), including two varieties of a muscicolous, corticolous or lignicolous species occurring on acid substrata in bogs and forests, with a mainly boreal-montane distribution (Scheidegger 1985). This is a key to the two varieties, one of which should be looked for in the Italian Alps.
